How Well Do We Know Our Teachers?





This week is get to know your teacher time? As teachers we get to know a lot about
our students, their families, their hobbies, likes/dislikes etc.

How well do you know your teacher? Not very well. I don't know much about my teacher.

This may require a bit of work. You may need to ask your teacher some of these
questions to find out. Okay i will.



1. What schools did your teacher go to when they were growing up?
 He went to ST Clair Primary, Tahura Intermediate and Otago High School.


2. What is your favourite thing about your teacher and why is that important
to you? Going to the beach and spending time with Friends and family.




3. What does your teacher enjoy doing when they are away from school? Mr foster likes to
hang out with his friends.



4. What made them want to be a teacher?
Because he did.


5. What is it about your school that your teacher likes the most?
All the friendly Students.


6. Why are you his/her favourite students?Mr foster favourite student is Brock.



7. If your teacher could do another job what would it be and why?
Own his own business so he could be his own boss.

8. What do you think your teacher would be great at if they were not a teacher?
A comedian.


9. Why do you think it is important that you get to know your teacher?
Because later own someone will ask you about your teacher you can't replay back.


10. If you were your teacher what would you do differently to make your
classroom better?
I will do Sports everyday.

week 7 blogger prompt

Roll call! This year is a Census year. A census is a big question form that gathers lots of information about all the people in New Zealand. The census only happens every 5 years. It is a snapshot of the New Zealand population on one night every five years and is compulsory to complete.

Q1: What is your favourite subject at school and why?
My favourite subject is maths because i'm really good at maths. I'm in one of the highest class in school.





Q2: Do you have any pets? What are they and what are their names? If you don't have a pet what pet would you have if you did?
No if i had a pet it will probably be a German She-pared.






Q3: What are some of your favourite foods?
My favourite foods are butter chicken its all basically Indian food.




Q4: What is your favourite sport? What do you like about it?
My favourite sport is soccer and softball i like those sports because. I'm good at them.




Q5: What is your favourite hobby?
My hobby is staying in and watching awesome movies.





Q6: Who do you live with?
I live with my mum, Dad, and my sister.


Q7: What is your ethnicity?
My ethnicity is India. 


Q8: The Census video talks about finding out if there are enough parks. Do you have a park in your suburb? Do you think your suburb needs a park or a better park? What would make it better?
Yes but there nothing to make it better it good how it is.

How Are You Going To Be More Awesome In 2018?

Q1. How are you going to be more awesome in your learning

this year? by practising at home


Q2. What is one thing you will do to make this year great?
      i gonna be joining softball.

Q3. What are you looking forward to most this year and why?
    I'm looking forward to joining a club like hard materials or something.


Q4. Describe your current learning environment.
      Good its not very annoying and it not very talky. 

Q5. What do you need to work on this year? What are your goals?
How are you going to achieve them? my goals are always
doing a high stander ed work.


Q6. What are the things that drive your learning? I like to do work
independent to help my learning.

What are the things that block your learning? My learning gets
blocked by people who talk a lot.






Q7. Kid President said, "Life is School, you gotta show up."

What does this mean to you as a learner? It means going to

school will my life better.


Q8. What would you like to learn about this year? I would like to learn more about fractions in maths.



Q9. Reflecting on your learning last year, what piece of advice would you have given yourself? Always perseverance in everything never give up.
